The role of the Student Council at Dubai English Speaking College is not just to act as an outlet for students to voice their concerns (although this can sometimes happen), but to give the students a chance to actually make a difference in how the College is run.
They enable the College to get feedback on what matters to the students, such as what makes a better lesson, or how the money so brilliantly raised by FDESC can be spent.
Every member has been elected by the rest of their year group, and is committed to taking part in a variety of tasks, to help raise standards within the College.
